There is always something that needs (or that we want) to be done. There are so many choices to be made. There are tons of options. When it comes to going to church, we can find reasons to stay at home, go on a trip, or just plain not go. We hear you that your struggle is real. But why should we go?
Faith was never meant to be a lone pursuit.
You might think it’s not that big of a deal, but it affects us in many ways and on many different levels. We are a culture that runs and moves at a fast pace. For many people in our society, our schedule runs us ragged. That’s why fast food is such a success. We are so busy running from point A to point B, that we neglect relational, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Being “hurried” is ruining people.
